Show Us Yours: Mutant

by

โ€“

Meet Mutant, built by Vic himself.

Vic Shield built Mutant by himself because he couldn’t afford a Triton and loved a Yamaha two stroke… In the end, he says a Triton would have been cheaper!

MZ Skorpion frame, modified with a Yamaha YPVS lower cradle, Brembo brakes, bespoke aluminum body work, no lights with day light use only mot.

Talon hubs with light weight aluminum rims, Dunlop mutant tyres, modified Lomas TZ 350 expansion pipes in stainless, 38mm keihin airstriker carbs, vape racing ignition, digital clocks and engine temp gauges, modified GSX radiator. Yamaha YPVS 350 modified crank cases, billet side cases and covers, 421cc race tuned and stroked athena barrels, v force reeds.

Nearly 100bhp and just over 100 kilos dry weight.

Thanks to Vic Shields for sharing this with us. If you’d like to see your own bike featured, you can make a submission here.
