Kawasaki H2 750 – Buyers Guide – Jan 2014

When word got out in late 1971 that Kawasaki was about to unleash the H2 750, several insurance companies dropped the portcullis, raised the drawbridge, put their corporate fingers in their corporate ears and sang – lah, lah, lah can’t hear you.
The original 1968 bad boy H1 500 had rightly caused insurers to wince and hastily adjust their premiums with extreme prejudice. Its frankly loony engine for the period dropped into a chassis with poor weight distribution was a recipe for at fault claims par excellence.
