The event promises to be a suitably spectacular tribute for the former WW2 RAF bomber baseโs 10-year anniversary celebrations โ made all the more special as the event is on for the first time since 2018.
With a total of 20,000 tickets set to be released for the two-day extravaganza, 10,000 members of the public will be welcomed to the Bicester Heritage site each day. Adult tickets will be priced at ยฃ27 per ticket, with entry for children up to the age of 15 priced at ยฃ7.50.
Flywheel will see a host of classic motoring and motorcycle marques join the displays along the tree-lined avenues of the historic site. Fans of vintage flight can expect an equally spectacular showcase, with a broad range of historic aircraft set to grace the siteโs grass airfield โ winding back the years and commemorating the siteโs heritage as an RAF Blenheim Bomber training station.
Better still the sole-surviving Bristol Blenheim bomber from The Second World War will be flying in and landing on Bicesterโs grass airfield. Go to: www.bicesterheritage.co.uk for more info and for tickets: www.bicesterheritage.co.uk/flywheel
