Gary Routledge Classic Ride & Show is GO!

The late May Bank Holiday Monday will once again see local bikers gather for the Gary Routledge Ride and Show.

This superb annual charity event has become a big feature of the North East motorcycling calendar. It begins on May 28th at the Dyke Neuk Inn, Meldon at 9am. The route then takes in a run up the coast to a tea stop in Bamburgh before the bike show itself which takes place at The Riverside Lodge, Morpeth. Judging starts around 2.30pm with the presentation around 3.30pm.

The main aim is to raise money for the North East Air Ambulance and A Fish for Life charity. CMM’s own Niall Mackenzie has been at the show many times and loves it and suggests you all pop along: “My boys and I have done the Gary Routledge ride and show in the past and we love it. There’s an amazing atmosphere and some of the bikes on display are incredible.”
