A biking backpack that doesn’t intrude on your riding is a thing of pure joy. Decent shoulder and waist straps with padding and a chest strap means it is easily 300-mile comfortable, if not overloaded with parts from that autojumble. Reflective detailing aids night-time safety, two external pockets for oddments or a drink, grab handles and crucially a fold-over/secure clip top means your kit stays in place and the rain stays out. If you don’t need panniers or a top box this is a genuinely viable alternative for a cheeky ?two-wheeled weekend away.
